Richfield Penn fest draws crowds

Penn Avenue from 62nd to 76th Streets comes alive on Saturday, Sept. 15 with fun during the annual Penn Fest. Held since 2008, the festival draws about 10,000 people for music, dance, sports, games, crafters, artisans, kids activities, Pet Zone, delicious food, small business marketplace, community groups, school groups and more on a street closed to traffic.
